[email protected] :Unbundling began forming LECO during JR'S era with only restructuring of power distribution in certain areas. The
'Progressivsts' fought against it but corruption continued in CEB under all regimes even after 1994 revolution. Many
of these so called employees slaved by political trade unions are responsible for
downfall. Those gurus and pundits who sabotaged timely restructuring and now they have no options other than unbundling of their past Ill deeds under IMF supervision.
People have to eat coal and drink curd-oil got a government to legally punish them.This is Sri Lanka, the land of all religions and ideologies.
